Due to the customized nature of our products, returns and refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:

The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

The received item differs significantly from your approved design or order details.

The order is incomplete or incorrect due to our production error.

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by photo or video evidence.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made cards produced as per customer-approved designs.

Orders delayed by courier or customs clearance beyond our control.

Color variations due to monitor or printing differences (minor variations are normal).

Refund Timeline
